What par do you run?

I’m running a newer reef with newer lights and trying to lock my par levels in. Wondering what par everyone is shooting for?

Nothing in the upper level of my tank in the middle 315-350. On the bottom 250- 275

I have to recheck now that I just upgraded my power supply, but lazy time I checked bottom corners we around 150 and upper middle was 400
