Is it right at 1-1/2”? Technically a 3/4” bulk head uses 1-3/8” hole and 1” uses a 1-5/8”
Its an aqueeon tank reef ready and on the website it says, "... 3/4" elbow, 1" bulkhead, 3/4" universal, 3/4" bulkhead...

Measure the hole in millimeters and then check the recommended hole size in the bulkhead information. If the hole is oversized just a little, it’s fine. If the hole is too large, the bulkhead gasket won’t seal. Also, you’re likely to need a Schedule 40 bulkhead for that tank, Schedule 80 uses much larger holes so they won’t fit.
