What specific corals would do okay in a 2 litre tank

I'd get a fancy diaseris plate for the sand bed:

and some fancy blastos for the rocks:

I'd speckle the rocks with some zoas and palys and fireworks cloves.

And I'd put a bubblegum montipora digitata or grafted montipora digitata a bit higher on the rocks. I wouldn't bother with a Monti cap, because that would start shading everything in the tank. Maybe a beach bum monti on the rocks, too.

If there was still space on the sand bed, I would put a Neptune bounce shroom and a Dragon Lady bounce shroom on a little rock island.

If you want to get a specific persons' attention quicker, you can always do @(the person's name) it'll send them a notification telling them they have been mentioned in a post haha. Anyway, best of luck to your 2 liter tank!
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
