What should I do about this lobo I just got?

Leave it how it is and hope it recovers, glue the exposed skeleton like I would if there was STN on SPS or somehow cut that skeleton off?

That's a tough call. It's designed to grow upward so I would try to leave it as is.The skeleton looks like it has been cut recently. So I wouldn't recommend cutting it anymore.Glue it onto a nice heavy base to keep it from getting knocked over.
