what to feed?

i am in the process of building my acan garden and was wondering what you guys were feeding yours? when and how often?

I typically feed them mysis shrimp every 3-4 days. I've heard great things about fauna marin as well.

Mysis, Reef Pearls LPS food, and Fauna Marin. Colors are great and they grow well. I feed about twice a week in the evening when my actinics are on.

you can feed them pretty much anything and as many times as you want, helps them grow

but you don't have to feed them

Yes, my acans eat a lot and seem to be able to eat as much as I provide. Sometimes they shrink up and I take that as a sign to not feed. This is my first attempt at growing acans and I'm very impressed by their rate of growth.
