What Type Of Flake Or Pellet Food Do You Like?

Thanks, everyone. I see some great suggestions I've not tried and Y'all helped me with some great choice to expand my foods.

I use New life Spectrum on most days but will give them frozen food the day before a water a change. That way I feel like I can get rid of any excess nutrient from the uneaten frozen. It probably doesn't make a difference but I fee better about it.

i mix nls pelletes together( marine, thera a, pribiotic and algaemax. soak them in selcon 3 xa week then i feed lrs frozen once every 10 days or so. once ina while i throw in an algae sheet soaked in garlic and selcon

I agree. I personally know Larry and went to his 'official in business' party for his food being registered at his home one night. He even fried up some of his food for us to sample. Heck, it tasted good.

TDO pellets. Omega One flakes. Look at ingredients. Use dry foods made from whole fish.
Hikari sinking pellets. Large ones in half. The tangs, Foxface, wrasses love em. Crabs eat the rest

You won't be disappointed and neither will your fishy friends. If you ordered the extra small pellets, soak them in tank water for a few seconds then feed as they will sink instead of float.

When I fed flakes I would use Ocean Nutrition Prome Reef Flakes and all my fish would go nuts for it. My friend vouches for Reef Nutrition flake foods though.

I like the reef nutrition as well, the medium is good for my tangs and small for the smaller fish. I haven’t had a fish not like this pellet food.

They are actually the supplier for Neptune’s branded pellets. Which is the medium 1.7 mm. Your lfs might have it under Neptune.

I am a NLS feeder too... main staple for my fish. Keeps them growing, healthy, colorful and will keep away (and even reverse some) HLLE. I buy the bucket in 5 lb size.

I will cycle between some of the other kinds... right now, it is the PE pellets. The fish like them. I probably can never fully switch to these since they do not come in bulk like NLS does.
