Whats going on?!

Okay this is crazy. Iv had my trident for a while and was running just fine i dose all for reef multiple times a day. My tank is 9 months old lps dominant tank. Today all of sudden my alk went crazy on my apex and its sitting at 11.01 alk from 8.91 stable. Im at work concerned. The only change i did was i pressed by mistake “update softwater” and it resetted the trident and initiated it again. Did i lose calibration?

Sounds like it replaced your settings with the software defaults?
