I have a finnex heaters with a controller. The temp prob has a hard white thing that builds up at the base of the wire. The titanium rod used for stray voltage is brown and has some blueish green build up on it. The titanium rod was placed just in case not because I had stray voltage. My question is, is my heaters temp prob cracked and now causing stray voltage?

I have this heater and have never had a 'buildup' like that. I would presume - that the white buildup is ca precipitate (especially if you see that elsewhere). The blue-green deposit - looks almost like the kind of copper buildup you see on a leaking pipe. So - indeed it could be that your probe is cracked ?How? and Copper ppt is building up. I would also think you should perhaps just replace it.
