For a few months now it's starting to have knots, knuckles and joints all along the polyp Arms, even seeing new tips on the same arm.

Its in a reasonable, not too strong flow area

I had one doing something similar with multiple tips. I was told this could be a sign of healed damage. I discovered my torch in question had flat worms

Look at night at its base where the tissue meets the skeleton.

Just had a look now and I can't see any at all I do dip specifically for flatworms on all corals in the tank and my silver bellied wrasse is always on clean up so I'm not too sure tbh it's almost like the zooxanthella are on overdrive

Are you sure it’s not just an octospawn? lol it looks identical to my octospawn.

I mean it's always looked like a torch since I got it unless that's what octospawn start out like I don't know ha
