I did filter floss today too. I need to do some glass scraping before guests arrive for Christmas, gotta have the tank looking it's best! I should probably empty the skimmer cup too. And change the CO2 media...it's going to be a CO2 day I suspect and that mostly exhausted stuff isn't going to cut it!

Time for a Very Murray Christmas, popped open a Chimay, and I'm gonna do the glass on the 110.

Water change done this morning, added a exquisite wrasse to the tank yesterday from my local LFS (was qt'ed for 30 days).

Now, I just got to work. Merry Xmas!

Today, I'm headed into work to do some upkeep on the 10g!
I just made up a 2g batch of fresh saltwater to bring in and do a WC, also bringing in some crabs and snails from my home tanks.
After the new year, I plan on placing a nice sized order from @reefcleaners to replenish the home tanks and maybe get something fun for the work tank.

While I'm still waiting for my PCR results, today is maintenance day!

Prepping a 15g water change on the 110 and gonna try like the Dickens to set up my GHL 4e. Everything is in German, and I don't spreken... So lots of videos for me.

Then upgrading my old gyre wavemaker on the 55 to the Maxspect 4k I won from @Zoanthids !

Then sorting out old junk I can toss and listing things that still work work, but I upgraded.

So, I still haven't set up the GHL.... maybe today's the day?
Also, haven't upgraded the gyre in the 55.... That's def gonna happen, as the current one has 2 aiptasia that refuse to die, even despite taking it out and vigorously scrubbing & soaking in vinegar!

Changed out my carbon and my gfo today. Hopefully I’ll get time to get a water change in soon

First of the month, first of the year. Did a 20% water change, changed the UV bulb, changed the CO2 media, changed the Chemi-pure Blue, changed the filter floss. I'm done for today!

Put carbon back in the system after being without for a few weeks. Considering gfo to fight the high *** phosphate I'm seeing. Never really bothered with phosphate until the last few months, I always figured Nitrate went hand in hand with phosphate but I guess not.

Did my filter floss this morning. That was after replacing my inline vent fan because the old one was squealing like crazy. Then I cleaned out my Algae scrubber. Got to the shop checked my apex and reagent A is empty on my trident…. Ugh one more thing to do. Hopefully I’ll get in a water change one of these days

Packing up getting ready to go to SBB corals to grab some beautiful stuff as well as grab some footage for another YouTube video. Then I’m stopping at sea level aquarium store on my way home to trade some gsp, a leather and a bta for salt mix and frozen food… ugh this is gonna be wild!

Ca, No3, dKh, Po4, MG are all Nyos.
NH3 is salifert
NO2 is geismann
