Looks like cephalopod eggs - octopus or squid in this case. They should have a small, skinny string anchoring them to the rock.
Kinda makes sense, as there was a Caribbean Reef Octopus in the rock that came from TBS and has since be re-homed.

Donated him to Blaine at Top Shelf Aquatics.

Assuming I gotta get the tweezers out and take them off to see what they actually are.

Still got a mantis also going the rounds on the rock but will leave him for a while to get rid of all the whelks and other crabs that came with the rock.
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
