What's up with my torch? Tentacles Ballooning??

Been In this hobby for a handful of years and have yet to see this one in my tank. Maybe I haven't spent enough time looking at it. Lol. Looks like 2 tentacles are balloning. But not the very tips. Any clues as to what and why this is happening?

Mine do that occasionally. I assume it’s because some water gets trapped in them when they try to close up.
