Whats your next project?

Sometimes reefing feels like a never ending project! Check one task off the list, and three more pop up. Some small, like mixing this fresh batch of AFR as I type, others massive or downright daunting. What’s the most exciting, challenging, or nerve-wracking reefing endeavor you’ve got coming up? Share your plans! It might inspire someone to add to their list or make others feel better knowing their to-do list isn’t that wild!
I have a 135g i’m currently searching to get equipment for. Will be my biggest tank out of both my salt and freshwater. Ofc i’ll be turning it into a massive reef tank. Any advice or equipment you suggest with a tank this size will be more then appreciated!

Upgrading from 15g innovative marine to Tideline 62g. Tank is paid for just waiting on the delivery. Then will cream a shallow reef mixed tank. I’m looking for a cheap but reliable wave maker for the new 62. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Right now I have my eye set on hygger DC Powerful Wave Maker For Aquarium https://amzn.to/4f9kO38
Hugger makes decent stuff! I have one of their gyres and love it!

Setting up a 100 gallon reef tank. Going to shopping on Friday per protein skimmer and lighting system Finishing the plumbing on Saturday. Slowly work.
Ing at accumulating the equipment that I'm gonna require. Hopefully putting water in a couple of months. Doing things slowly, step-by-step. Doing as much research on every piece of equipment that I purchase. Luckily there's an amazing store in Toronto. That's a 2 hour bus ride away from where I live. Not driving makes it fun lol. That helped me set up my 33 gallon mini reef.
I took it slow but I didnt have r2r to bounce ideas by when I setup my tank! My next system will be amazing! Don't be hesitant to come on here and ask everyones thoughts!

My biggest peice of advice, dont hesitate to ask the forum what they think/know about equipment/designs etc! I wish I was on here when I setup mine as there were quite a few issues I could have avoided!

My son is about to turn 2 and we just had a baby girl this month… if I even MENTION the reef I get a glare haha Covert water changes for a while.
I feel ya bud haha. Luckily my son LOVES the tank so she cant hate it lol

My husband just green lighted a 40g so that's what I'm going to get going in the next few days. I plan to merge my two 10g tanks. Nothing fancy and it's only going to have a HOB filter. Trying to decide on if any additional fish should be added. Starting off it'll only have two clownfish and a watchman goby. Not really sure what other stocking options there are and I'd love suggestions. Maybe just 1 or 2 more fish later down the road.

Beautiful tank bud!

I’d like to get back into the hobby but trying to figure out what direction I want to go.

On one hand, I do want a large system but I’d have to wait probably another year or two until we finish our basement.

On the other hand, I’d like to do a small softie tank but don’t know whether I want to keep it simple with an HOB filter or get an AIO. Also not sure if I want to do a 5g or something closer to 20g
