It all started with Humblefish, for me.who taught who. As usual @ngoodermuth beat @4FordFamily to the treatment. With all due respect to @4FordFamily @ngoodermuth and @HotRocks you guys rock on treating and maintaining health of the fish. Also you lend your expertise and time to all of us.

@HotRocks @4FordFamily any thoughts?

Same here lol, but @4FordFamily had a good head-start on me!
Have you tried a freshwater dip? I’d start there see if they dislodge...UPDATE:
I just ordered a Hanna Checker but now somethings up with my leopard wrasse and I’m guessing it’s a bad bacterial infection. Any Second thoughts?
Time for NFG (nitrofuracin green). If you use kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2 until it arrives that will work as well, but NFG is best.Ok I just did a FW dip and nothing came off, but what really concerns me is the top of his head it’s like something is eating away at the flesh
I always enjoy reading your responses. Seem very well educated in the treatment of fish when they're not well. +1 @ngoodermuthSounds like secondary infection with the velvet...
Do you have acriflavine? Ruby reef rally or API fungus cure? Can do a bath in a 5-gallon bucket to try to slow the infection down.
And, I wouldn’t discontinue the kanaplex... I’d actually add metroplex and furan-2 in. Dose every 48 hours, preferably after a 25% water change. With the copper struggling to stay at therapeutic, maybe try to do the water change every other dose.
You’ll want to add the copper and test the bucket before adding it to the QT, to make sure he new water is not going to lower the level in the tank, even for a few minutes.
Can you post another picture of your copper test? Is it definitely at 2.0?

How long did you treat with the kanaplex, furan-2, and metroplex? If that didn’t work, I agree NFG is probably the best antibiotic to try next.
If you can’t get NFG quickly, you can dose Furan-2 and either Sulfaplex or Triple Sulfa together for a comparable effect. But, I wouldn’t wait too long to start...
https://www.fishchemical.com/FULL-PRODUCT-LIST-NITROFURACIN-GREEN-59863.Item.htmlI have only dosed Kanaplex and right know I’m on my second treatment
I will try to get my hands on NFG. Where is the best place to find it?
Thanks
@ngoodermuth , @4FordFamily, @Frtdrmrose7
I got my Hanna checker a few minutes ago and when I tested it I got 2.74 ppm copper and my fish are still showing spots
