When will I receive the Mobius update

I have the Mobius app and my Vortechs and vectra have the black chip, but mobius still does not find them. Is it just an app update they will push to me? Do I need to do something? When will this happen, seems like they said a month or two a while back.

I put a post on a YouTube video mentioning when mobius would be available for vortechs and The vectra still haven’t heard anything back so will have to hold off and use the dreaded reef link

Are the pumps just supposed to show up on the app one day?

If you have the reef link and ecosmart live you can look at your devices and see if they are mobias enabled and possibly if they need updating but if yours already have the black blue tooth chip I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t show up on the mobius app straight away my xr30 blues work off mobius. I have been looking out for information from ecotech so I can imagine they can’t be used on mobius just yet. Would be nice to be able to control it all from one app !

Both my Vectras were found by the mobius app and were updated. One failed on the update and hasn't run since and the second one functions however they have no closed loop modes setup in Mobius so for me the App is completely useless. Attempting to work on things with Ecotech but after initially good help, I haven't heard anything back from them in days... Personally I'd hold off on the "Upgrade" until it's an actual upgrade
