where to place HOB UV in AIO tank?

I have been struggling with dinos for about 8 months now. I am finally going to upgrade from my desktop UV to the 15w Aqua Ultraviolet HOB. My tank is the 38g Fiji Cube Peninsula. I am wondering 1) what chamber to place the return nozzle and 2) where to place the inflow pump. I plan on pairing the UV with a sicce 1.0 while still using a dc pump in the return chamber like I normally would. How should I setup the UV to impact the dinos the most?

Put it in the place with the lowest flow in any chamber.

I use my UV as needed I don’t leave it in my tank all the time.

I wouldn’t want to use it all the time either. I think I might put the inflow pump in the first chamber and outflow nozzle in the return chamber which has the lowest flow.
