The angelfish are the true predators of corals here. There is no absolute answer here. And actually, the answer is simply whatever they won't eat. I know you don't want to hear that, so good luck.

Mushrooms and softies are a good safe bet. Most literature states LPS and sps are most likely to end up as food. My coral beauty, for instance loves hammer coral (euphylia) an $80 snack, but won't eat the torch. I've been meaning to try some frogspawn, but the lfs only has exotics and wants too much $ for this experiment.

Start with low end pieces and go from there, and just as likely they maybe safe for a while until the fish just up and eats it one day. Could be today could be 5years. It all depends on the fish.

I say do what you will. Also angels don't like each other that much, except in really large tanks. Might wanna look into species compatability.
There's no guarantee, but I'd keep the coral to the cheap and free pieces. If you must have coral, then limit to maybe one angel and research which has the greatest chance of leaving coral alone.

I am not very sure about any corals (I am no expert on them), but Branching coralline algae seems like a good alternative if you do not plan on getting urchins.

These are hard to locate in Canada, though. OP is likely going to have to satisfy themselves with halimeda, which is readily available.

And to the OP: yes, you can stock any coral you'd like, but prepared for it to be nipped, even if it doesn't become an outright snack. I tend to keep fast-growing softies in my tanks with angels (and that's most of them), and don't mind if the occasional polyp goes missing. I doubt that the Lamarck's angels are going to nibble on anything...but these are biggish, bossy fish. Do you really want two of them? You must be planning on a massive build.

Unless they're paired, then yes. While they're not aggressive, they're solidly-built fast swimmers, and can take up a fair amount of real estate.

I'm going to assume that you already have a source for the fish on your list; many of them aren't found for sale that often at retail in Canada. I bought my Lamarck's off of a reefer who was shutting down his tank, but really don't see them at stores otherwise. And some of the fish on your wish-list are even more seldom seen for sale.

Do you mean lemonpeel angel -- centropyge flavissima? If so, I wouldn't mix it in with your other centropyge. I've done this in my RSM250, and they get along -- sort of -- but I don't think it's a good long-term plan. If it's a yellow tang that you're looking at, I wouldn't necessarily add it with the bristletooth, as there could be conflict there.

Remove the mertensii butterfly (or substitute it for a pyramid butterfly), and you'll reduce some of the expected coral-nipping. And if you don't plan to quarantine, I hope that all the fish are healthy, eating, and come from one established system. That'd be about a thousand dollars worth of wish that could be wiped out with disease.

I would suggest a little
More research .
First .. the butterflyfish are known to eat corals. But can also be tricky to get eating .
Cleaner wrasse are amazing fish but one will run out of parasites to eat in a 125 in a very short time. .
I don’t think 2 would be a good
Idea .
Why 3 damsels ?
for the most part they turn into bullies once established .

"Maybe" more peaceful. You're still looking at damselfish, and they will likely give you some type of surprise. There may be fights for dominance within a group; bullying issues with other fish; and other bossiness and troublemaking. The best-mannered damselfish I owned was a captive-bred lemon damsel, and it was still Mr. (or Ms.) Bossypants at feeding time. They can be great fish for a tank, but only if you alter your expectations and understand how disruptive they can be.
