Which template is more desirable

Hello,

I recently got an XR15 pro gen6 and I’m working on a template. Right now, I’m using the phx14+ spectrum, but I’m having a bit of trouble deciding between two options. Should I have a peak intensity photoperiod of 2 hours or should I have a sinusoidal period with a peak intensity that only lasts a few minutes?

I’d really appreciate any input you might have on this. Thanks a bunch!

Softies & LPS will do well under both schedules so it's more personal preference on viewing your tank..SPS preference will aline more with schedules that have a peak schedule within the time frame 4-6 of peak hrs but regardless they'll all adjust
