Hello I’m new to r2r and same with the hobby...have had my tank for about a month and it’s doing great(corals soft lps) and just got my first pair of Darwin clowns, my question is one of them is pooping stringy white poop (Not very long .25 inch-half inch and was wondering if it could be internal parasite...it doesn’t stick to him for very long only about 20 minutes but a little concerned. He’s very active and looks pretty healthy and wondering if it could be caused to stress or mysis shrimp I’m feeding. I just got them today and they are both very healthy but just a little over cautious! (No photo cause poop doesn’t stick to him long enough for me to get pick but here is a pic of him anyway PLEASE HELP FAST @Humblefish (ALSO, wondering if I don’t need to medicate

Here is a photo of him (again the poop falls off after 15 minutes so none to show) he was also sleeping and I woke him up with lights so he was a little spooked (there’s my tyree toadstool)

How is your clownfish now? I just noticed this old thread about possible clownfish diseases and wondered how it turned out?

I'm curious about this too... Oddly mine has that also, and honestly has for years. Mine is a captive bred Picasso clown (I think) and it's had stringy white poo since day one. Sometimes it looks bloated others it looks normal, but seems to be fine otherwise.
