Copepod or possibly tiger pod as it seems to be big. One thing for sure is it is a type of pod. Harmless and very beneficial to the tank. Also gives your fish a free snack

Really? I have dozens in my soon to be replaced 10g that are about that size. They have no predators in there.

We have Copepods by the tank load and it looks like the pods we have. They clean the Zoa frags spotless but don't eat the polyps.

There are many different types of gammarid and I bet you have a genus/species that is naturally larger than some others.
