White Dots and Orangish bugs on frogspawn

I've had these tiny white dots appearing on my frogspawn. I've also noticed orangish copepod looking bugs on it. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. I've heard of little red bugs or whatever but I'm not sure if this is it? No pics of those as ive only seen like 10 and they're impossible to get on picture

I already knew what copepod look like, and yes they do kind of look like pods and they also kinda dont. The color is what really trips me out is that they're the same color as the frogspawn - how often is that a good thing :(

I haven't seen them move yet, they seek to be stationary. Cant make out much more than you can in the picture

You would probably see these moving around. I had them on zoas and you could see them moving everywhere on them.

Lights went off an hour ago, I'll check on it tomorrow. I'll bump it in the morning I guess
