Im seeing ich here and unfortunately the fish will have to be treated in a separate tank/container using coppersafe at treatment level 2.25 with the exception of coppersafe for the mandarin which does not do well in any type of copper based medication. Does mandarin even show these dots? When you stated dots vanished and came back, likely the protozoans dropped off and reproduced and came back in numbers which is part of their life cycle.
Anything I can use to treat the fish in the tank? I don’t have the capability to set up a second tank.Im seeing ich here and unfortunately the fish will have to be treated in a separate tank/container using coppersafe at treatment level 2.25 with the exception of coppersafe for the mandarin which does not do well in any type of copper based medication. Treat for a FULL 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored by a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.
The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off and with occupants exposed, they too should go into quarantine
A quarantine tank can be as simple as a tank from a second hand store or a starter kit from Walmart which most of the needed essentials.
Even if you get a small 10 gallon tank from Petco or marketplace, little air stone heater and medication. It's very dangerous and not recommended to treat your main display. Set it up temporarily. Medicate then tear it down. You must stop the ich/parasite lifecycle.Anything I can use to treat the fish in the tank? I don’t have the capability to set up a second tank.

I pray everything works out, good luck!

What do I need to do a quick set up. Worried about the water. Would I just mix like normal to the salinity they are used to, put a heater in, medicate and throw the fish in? What do I do with my mandarin?
I do have snails and crabsSetting up a QT on the fly is risky. Mandarins do not do well in those types of tanks. Did you see my question about invertebrates? I don't see any in the video, so if none are in the tank, then hyposalinity of the main tank is the way to go.
