White specs on glass alive?

So this morning I came down to my tank and saw these on the inside of my glass moving around anyone have any idea of what it could be ? Looks like my clowns are eating them pods of some sort ?

Lol awesome yea they were goin crazy for them I Just ordered some chaeto to start my refugium as well laced with pods should be here in the next couple days I just added a cleaner shrimp as well a couple days ago they most likely came with him . Thanks for the help
