All other corals apart from one other leather coral is sheading... anyone seen this before??

hi, looks like normal molting ,getting ready to come out of.
 
Looks like its polyps skinned over with a film due to inadequate flow. You dont want to blast them with flow but they need medium flow to keep their surface clean. You can help it by giving the surface gentle blasts with a turkey baster
