- small plankton
- Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract
- Hikari Marine cuisine
- Formula 2 flake and frozen
- Hikari veggie marine
Add selcon vitamins to the foods 2-3X per week and on alternating days, garlic extract for stamina and immunity health
Nitrates are quite high and need to come down, hence the subject of water quality. This tank may be too new.I am just noticing the green chromis is going at him when every he goes to a certain corner of the tank

Added chemi pure blue and API quick start I had left over and did a 20 percent water change 2 days ago nitrates down to 1.4 ppm also been feeding PE mysis nori thanks for the tips!!!! Add liquid bacteria such as Bacter 7 at 1.5ml per 10 gallons per day for next 2 weeks, you may also add chemipure blue which comes in a pouch to the sump which will polish water and keep nitrate in check
