could be scratches he is new o the tank and has been hiding in the rocks which are fairly new as well. He is eating very well and haven't noticed him scratching on anything.

I’ve read about areas spots tangs are susceptible to. Bigger white spots. I think I had one on my yellow. Was a kind of big white spot when I brought him home. Not raised at all. Slowly went away and is a healthy fish.

I agree they are possible scratches. Battling for a sleeping spot at night? They tend to really show up on a Tomini. They do on mine.

One on lower body looks like a bite mark, but mainly Looks very much like lymphocystis. Lympho is often associated with Poor water quality such as high ammonia, nitrates or bacteria along with inadequate diet.
When provided both, the nodes you see will fall off on its own.
Recommended foods are :
- Spirulina brine shrimp
- LRS Herbivore diet
- mysis shrimp
- small plankton
- Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract
- Hikari Marine cuisine
- Formula 2 flake and frozen
- Hikari veggie marine

Add selcon vitamins to the foods 2-3X per week and on alternating days, garlic extract for stamina and immunity health

Looks like scratches. However, if it hasn't been through any quarantine, you'll want to keep a close eye on it. I can see some possible diffuse cloudiness on its right pectoral fin (might just be an artifact of the photo).

I am just noticing the green chromis is going at him when every he goes to a certain corner of the tank

Nitrates are quite high and need to come down, hence the subject of water quality. This tank may be too new.
Add liquid bacteria such as Bacter 7 at 1.5ml per 10 gallons per day for next 2 weeks, you may also add chemipure blue which comes in a pouch to the sump which will polish water and keep nitrate in check

Added chemi pure blue and API quick start I had left over and did a 20 percent water change 2 days ago nitrates down to 1.4 ppm also been feeding PE mysis nori thanks for the tips!!!! Hopefully the spots will be gone soon
