So, today we picked up a White Tail Bristletooth Tang & a much smaller Foxface. They have only been in the tank a few hours, but the tang seems to be bullying (trying to tail whip) the foxface from a specific tunnel that they seem to like. The tang, of course, swims all over the tank; yet, the foxface seems to like his little tunnel/cave for now. Foxface is coming out more and more as time progressing, but is not backing down when the tang comes into his area. I guess our questions is: will they settle down with time or should I remove one of them?? Thanks in advance. =)

Did these go into a qt or straight into a display? What size?

I would not separate them. Fox face are pretty good at diffusing any aggression coming their way. They will shoot up their spikes and tilt toward the offending fish.

Ain't nobody want any part of those spikes...

I'd keep the lights low/off for a bit until they are more calm.

i cant think

Especially hands.
