What is this white web like growth on my red macroalgae? Is it dying?

Can't tell you if it's dying (unlikely IMO) though the white stuff is sponge, which is a harmless filter-feeder

Oh wow a sponge. Thanks. Learning new things constantly in this hobby. While my red macroalgae is still healthy. The white sponge seems to be overtaking it. How do I get rid of it?

You'd need to manually remove it - given the location of it, it may be easier to just take some uncontaminated pieces of the macroalgae, cut them off, and try to get them growing separately.

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
