White worm hitchhikers?

I got some snail hitchhikers in a plant and I was like ok kinda cute I don’t want to kill them and now in the snail tank there’s a bunch of these stringy worms suddenly . I’ve looked through a lot of these threads and I’m not seeing any pics of the same worms I have. They are very microscopic, white and short. I don’t know how to get rid of them or what the are please help. It’s not Dorvilleidae worms because it doesn’t have legs and it’s much shorter

This forum is specifically for saltwater, especially reefs. Some ma be able to help you but I unfortunately don’t have experience with freshwater.

Looks like detritus worms or something, if it is, they are generally harmless. If they have a pointed head then they are planaria and should be eradicated immediately.
