White worm hitchhikers?

I got some snail hitchhikers in a plant and I was like ok kinda cute I don’t want to kill them and now in the snail tank there’s a bunch of these stringy worms suddenly . I’ve looked through a lot of these threads and I’m not seeing any pics of the same worms I have. They are very microscopic, white and short. I don’t know how to get rid of them or what the are please help. It’s not Dorvilleidae worms because it doesn’t have legs and it’s much shorter
 
first off: plant? Do you have saltwater or freshwater? Second, we need pictures of them.
