White worm ID

Hello everyone

I found a few worms in my filter socks this morning. Never seen these before but Could someone please help me out with an ID on this white worm. They look like a squirming worm with just observation but magnified you clearly see legs.

After some searching the closest I could come up with would be detritus worms…

Would this be correct? And if so I’m assuming they would be harmless.

Looks more like amphipod which are harmless
