No offense been at this for a while now,.... you can count the branches just simply not the same coral not so much judging on the color as I am growth shape and size like I said been at this for a while 9 yrs now to be exact lol no worries I know they'll make it right dealt with them a lot over the years

Liveaquaria.com is the best out there. If they do make a mistake they fix it. I ordered a Guinefowl puffer once that cost about $250 after shipping and they sent me a black puffer instead. The one I wanted already went to someone else. They ask me what I wanted to do and I said I was really wanting a gold puffer they had for $400 but I was getting the guinefowl because I could not afford the gold. They said we are sending you the gold free of charge plus I got to keep the black puffer also. I got the gold the next day fedex. So I ended up with $650 worth of puffers for $250. They just have a lot of stuff going out everyday and everybody makes a mistake every now and then.

I second that. They are def among the best there are as far shipping and customer service. I ordered a plate coral that was receeding when arrived, i send them the pics and they send me their two yellow plate corals with golden feeders from divers den free of charge with no shipping cost. So if there is a mistake on their part, they do take care of it.

Yeah I've dealt with them a few times over the years and always been pleased with their customer service until today when they said they couldn't tell any differences between the corals :( then I explained the differences to them and never heard back :( I know that they have came through in the past and I hope they do again because I had to save up forever for this order then I finally pulled the trigger and ordered and got the wrong thing but yeah I'm sure they'll fix it 
