I have an 8.3 gallon tank with 7.1 gallons of water.
My CUC critters
2, Pitho Crabs
11, Astraea Snals
15, Dwarf Cerith
10, Florida Cerith
4, Nassarius Vibex
2, Blue Hermit Crabs
3 Checkered Nerites
1, Crowned Turbo Snail.
1, Dwarf Troches
2, East African Cerith
1, Emerald crab
and a bunch of empty shell's pilled under the rocks for the Hermits.
for a total of 52 critters or 7.323 critters per gallon.. Lol

I wouldn't know. I have been throwing "critters" in there for 50 years from buying, hitchhikers and collecting on my morning beach walks.
I have no idea what I have.

I dont think I have even close to that with 3 tanks! Here’s the smallest, most packed tank (Macro & Coral nano), a 13G TMC First Wave.

1x Anemone crab
1x Pom Pom Crab
1x Conch

Then my other nano… a 20G custom made system.
1x Caribbean Cleaner Shrimp
2x Conches
5x Trochus
4x Nassarius
1x Blue Boxing Shrimp
1x Tuxedo Urchin

And finally, my least CUC packed tank, the 5 foot 180G tank.

1x Oz Biscuit Starfish
1x Sandsifting Starfish
10-15x Snails of various sorts
1x Pincushion Urchin
1x Tuxedo Urchin
2x Mini Maxi Anemones

In order it’s about…

2. 0.14 Inverts/G
3. 0.12 Inverts/G
That’s assuming I’ve calculated it correctly
