Nice colony bro!!!! Yeah I was just stating the yellow it has my tips and upper part are lemon yellow the lower light part is green indeed...

Orange/red? hmmm. I know it is a monti but you could go with a big chunk of Setosa. Mine is getting large and really provides a lot of red in the tank, then the colony of superman monti also gives lots of red. For Acro's you could grow some red planet in high light, mine turns very pink when it is in higher light, actually, hell, if you want red, shoot me a PM with your email address, I have a neon red mille that came in wild from down under and looks awesome, just dont have any pics here at work :O(

as far as yellow, cant help you mate, I get my yellow fix from the pink lemonade tips and yellow pocillopora. Good luck!\

edit: oh, also, orange cap, but man, you dont want to put that in there, I cannot get RID of it. Grows like a weed and I have orange anywhere, hold out, stay strong, and get an orange acro not a monti cap!

i hear what youre saying troy, its tough getting particular colors
orange isnt as hard to find as a true deep yellow
for orange, theres setosa and orange digis, theyre not acros but theyre still orange "sticks"
the starburst cap does have a really nice yellow polyp if youre looking for a nice orange cap

I got the orange mille from a few weeks back. I'm don't have it yet - I'm expecting it this week. I'll keep you posted on whether it keeps its orange colors.

Sweet!!^^

Also I found a yellow acropora! I would buy it in a heart beat, but it will just brown out under leds, and id hate to kill its color.....

Ahhh..one must tell me where he has found such a piece, hahaha!I want to know

Aquavista99's Yellow Humilis - This is about as yellow as it gets, I believe this picture is under 12k bulbs, no actinics.

My piece is under T5s, mostly blue+, it is the color of "big bird".

I'll never forget the thread on RC with a bunch of Italian tanks that used HGH in the tanks. One of them had a bright, bright orange Staghorn in it that was stunning. This was literally "Setosa Orange".

IME your best bet/easiest to find is the orange and yellow variants seen on many "Acro Millis".

i dont why people are calling green acros YELLOW.i didnt see one acro in this thread that was truely yellow or oranage.this is the closest thing i have ever had to a true yellow and it was a milli.

these pics were taken under 10k ushios with vho actinics, sadly i lost this colony years ago during a move.

Yeah got the setosa and digi already... Looking to add more of those colors not just a tiny spot in a 180 lol
why not just get multiple frags of the same corals in different sections of the tank. this is what I'm going to do with mine since of my bio load, I'm sticking with the proven SPS that are 3rd/4th/5th generation. I'll be adding another 2-3 Pink Lemonade frags in my tank, along with some more Orange Digis, Red Planet, etc. just a thought. ;)

I feel the same way... Yeah there yellow but have a lot of green in them I want lemon yellow.... On a side note I just installed my LEDs and running the blues all my greens look yellow now my green slimer is bright yellow...:( I'm thinking our lighting might be missing something hence the reason any true yellow wild specimen that comes in morphs to a green.....
