Why so slow?

I've got four other tabs open along with R2R and they're all sites like this, but recently this site is taking so long to go from one page to another. I'm not too computer savvy, but is this something on my end or your end that's causing it to do this? Any help would be great. Thanks. :)

Did you reset your browser and deleted the cookies?

I don't think so. Everything is as it was yesterday and the day before that. I think it's early Monday morning at like 2am the computer clears everything, defragments the disk etc. It's been slow all week though.
