Will a BTA get caught up in a hydor koralia nano 425?

It's in a fluval evo 13.5. Would like to know if I should/could do anything to protect it from getting caught.

Put the pump up high, far away from where the nem can reach and you'll probably be ok, at least until it grows. Nems usually stay off the glass but it is possible it'll walk up there.

Maybe buy some black panty hose and cover the pump with it?

Decent advice. I’ve found BTA’s rarely move when placed in a hole with available light .
