Hello, I’m in the process of setting up my 60 gallon breeder. This is my 2nd reef tank; my first was a Fluval Evo 13.5. For my Fluval evo I used bagged live sand and live rock from my lfs. I know that there is a big difference between dry rock, LFS rock, and ocean rock but I’d like to know if there is a big difference between dry sand, bagged live sand, and ocean sand? There is a big difference in price between bagged and ocean live sand, so is it really worth the extra money?
