Worm ID please

I found this on the underside of a frag plug while dipping. It is about 1/3 inch long. Any ideas?

Picture is a bit fuzzy and dark but it looks like it could be a bristleworm, which are reef safe scavengers.
 
kinda looks like a flarworm or small ribbon worm...no good...
 
Thanks for the replies. Yes, both bristleworm and flatworm where on my list of possibilities. As you both said, one is okay, the other maybe not-so-much. Anyone have more specific guesses?
