What is this freaky looking worm tentacle having thing? I removed it from my tank after a water change should I be concerned with a possibility of more in the tank?

seems to be a spaghetti worm, they're beneficial CUC they eat left over food, I have a couple scattered around my own tanks

they're definitely some of the more peculiar looking CUC lol, theyll burrow in the sand and use the tentacles to catch fallen food and waste
