This is a craigslist ad in my area..

I'm selling a Nikon D40 6.1MP Digital SLR Camera Kit with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED II AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor Lens.

I've had this camera for about 9 months. Its really a great camera and takes some great pictures. The only reason I'm selling is because I'm upgrading. I'll also include a 2GB memory card.. 300.00

How do you do that? LOL .. Maybe i can get em to come down on the price some.. It's been for sale for awhile.. Will this camera take good macros? .. How many is to high?

Yeah check the actuations. Also keep in mind that the d40 does not have a focusing motor built into the camera. Therefore you have less options with purchasing lenses if you need autofocus.

edit. for the actuations ask the seller for recent untouched shot from the camera. Run the shot through opanda to get the actuations.
