So I have a problem with a light, I can't change the 'on' time for a channel on my light.
I write to the company and tell them about it.
They write back to me the very next day and ask my informations (the company is in USA and I live in Canada)
so I give them those and a picture of the serial number of the light... here is what they send back in response.

Current USA - Support, Nov 8, 15:07 PST:
Dear Hobbyist,

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Your warranty has been approved and we are sending you a replacement product(s) at no cost. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

You should be receiving your product in 7-10 business days.
