Prazi only needs 24 hours to do it's magic. After that you can do a water change and wait the 5-7 days for the next dose.
Cool, should I do a water change now, I did one 2 days ago. How about a fresh water dip?

If you dosed prazi two days ago, then yes you can do a water change now. That's fine. The freshwater dip isn't needed at this point.

Before the Prazipro bath.

Nope. The FW dip is only there to confirm flukes. If you have already done the first dose of prazi, then you've already killed the adults. The eggs will hatch out a new wave of them and they will be killed by the next dose of prazi. You don't need the dip.

Sorry for not communicating well. I haven't done a Prazipro treatment yet. I'm asking should I do a water change before the Prazipro treatment or can do the 1st treatment now without doing a water change?

Ahhhh. That makes sense. That's totally up to you. You don't need to do a water change first, but in QT it's always smart to do water changes if you are able. It's a judgement call on your part only.

I did one two days ago. I need to get the first treatment started before we leave for our mini vacay on Friday. That way I can do another water change the morning we leave. We will be back on Tuesday and I can start the second treatment that Wednesday, 5 days later. Does that sound like a plan?

Can I leave the filter in the tank during the treatment or should I remove it? Sorry for all the questions, I'm stressing a bit due to us leaving in a couple days.

Yes. It sounds great.

No problem at all. Yes, you can leave the filter in. I assume it doesn't have carbon in it. If it did, that would be removed, but the biological should stay.

Man this really suck. I'm glad it(flukes) popped out today. I was about to put him in the display tank before we left for vacation.

I just treated my exquisite wrasse with his second Prazipro bath. The white lump is gone. How long after the second bath should I keep him in QT for observation?

Just making sure... you didn't actually do prazipro in a bath separate from the QT itself did you? Prazi should be dosed in the QT since the fish needs at least 24 hours of exposure for it to work.

Should I do a 25% water change since he just completed his last Prazipro treatment? How long after can he go into my display?

A WC is always a good idea to remove toxins/waste from the dead flukes.

I would observe for 2 weeks before adding to the DT.
