Agree! Wrasses and cameras do not mix. I probably take 50+ shots before I get a decent one.
I can never get decent photos with a big sliding door directly opposite the tank. All get is reflections and glare. :(
Mine hate the phone. They seem to be ok if taking a picture of other fish but if I tilt phone tiny bit on them they are gone or top of tank and lights wash out the picture. I might have to tape my phone to the tank for a week
Someone needs to make one of these blinds but with fish and coral on it! ;)

So I found a squatter in my tank last night... a dang gorilla crab. I've noticed empty snail shells around the tank lately but I just chalked it up to the wrasses, then last night as the lights were dimming out I saw it bolt into the rocks. Ugh. I guess this guy has been in the tank for years and now he's gotten big enough to be destructive. Time to evict.

Old pictures as nice as that one are still acceptable!
I would add to this, but the clown said "no, me"

Clowns do tend to steal the attention, no matter what type!
P.S. You know my preference for H. leucoxanthus over H. chrysus; we're together on this but @SaltyT holds the opposite and incorrect opinion... :winking-face:

Yeah, after post 761 I was upset, but SaltyT's excellent photos of wrasses brought me back! :smiling-face-with-smiling-eyes:
All wrasses have their place. Someone has to love the chrysus. Well, not really.
