Hey Gene, I have a bunch of dry rock and some nice rock in my sump to seed the tank with. $2 per pound. I can also throw in some sand to seed a new sandbed with.

I'm in the same boat. Looking for LR 65 gal. ;)
Have you looked into maybe going the dry OR route? The BRS Reef Saver looks promising. After hours of reading posts/reviews. I'm beginning to think the negative posts are used failure of sorts.

I had way too much sand and crushed Coral in my tank and removed probably 70% of it. It is very clean because I put it in buckets hosted out and even sifted. You are welcome to it if you want it it would probably be just enough the cover the entire bottom of your 65. I live in Danbury it's yours free. I also have some rock to
