Clownfish Hoarder
I want to try T5's on my frag tank so i thought i would see if anyone would want to trade my setup for a T5 setup. I would like to try and get a 6 bulb or better fixture.
here is the stats on my hood. Its a 36" Maristar 2 x 150MH with 2 x 39w Actinics. the bulbs are 2 20k Radiums (3 months old) and 2 x 39w Giessmann T5's. one bulb is a 420 and the other is a 460. so 1 is blue and the other is purple. the ballast is a magnetic 2 x 150 ballast. this was bought from sunlight supply and it was their 2 x 150 model, but the person i bought it from had sunlight supply change it to 2 x 150 from the original 2 x 250 model.
i dont have the legs for it, but i have the hanging hardware for it. i also have a pair of radium 20k bulbs that are about 4 months old for a backup. its in really good condition with a few scratches, but that is normal. so the fixture, ballast and all bulbs for a T5 setup.
so what i am looking for is a 36" T5 setup with at least 6 bulbs in it, i prefer an 8 bulb but 6 would do. im not to particular on the brand or bulbs cause i'll probably change them out for a look i would like.
