I placed my first order with @WWC yesterday asking for delivery this Saturday. They are anticipating bad weather from the hurricane and called me today asking how I would like to handle adjusting the shipping if necessary. I have found it rare for companies these days to be so proactive in communicating issues with their customers. Especially so far in advance so that options can be discussed.
What can I say, I'm impressed! If this is a sign of how much they care about their relationships with customers I am very confident I have chosen a quality vendor to deal with. Well done!

Felt like it was worth updating. The coral arrived on Saturday s promised and they look amazing! Plugs were very clean, corals looked great. I don't know how they managed it but even the birdsnest coral wasn't broken! The only thing I saw left behind from my Bayer dip looked to be amphipods and copepods. Fantastic experience and won't hesitate to use them again.
