WXM "Missing Ecotechs" issues

I recently purchased the WXM for my Apex and did step by step instructions on hooking up my Radions and MP40's. After a few hours upon hooking up everything I had connected comes up "Missing" on my apex. I need some help solving this issue as this is the third time it has happened

I set up a support ticket explaining my exact issue. I explained that I followed the instructions to the "T" and all the support I got back thus far was a copy of some of the instructions telling me to update firmware. Well I told them I followed the instructions to the "T" so it didn't get me anywhere. Problem still not solved.
