Xenia Not Pulsing Like Normal

Hi my xenia doesn't seem to pulse as much as it used to about a month or so ago. Plus does it look a little bit on the skinny side??

Have you changed flow? Water params still the same? Fish picking at it? That stuff is usually bullet proof
