XR15 G5 Moonlight setting

I'm a bit confused on how this works on the Mobius app. I have check the setting on on the app but it does absolutely nothing, light totally turn off. Under the moon point (or any other point) there is a moon tab and there is moonlight and moonlight blue settings I can adjust and that does turn on the moonlight. I'm not sure what percentages I should set it at.

Can someone explain to me how this works? Thanks.

Called Echotech, for anyone that's interested: here's how they work:

For the Lunar setting to work, the Lunar setting needs to be checked on and also the Moonlight Colors at a certain percentage and the moonlight will adjust based on the lunar phase. So they are connected. If you have Lunar setting checked on but all the Moonlight Colors are set to 0, there will be no moonlight.
