I know this is a long shot, but can someone help me out with some measurements?

I'm currently deployed and want to kill some time here designing a custom mounting bracket for my XR15 Gen 4.

I'm looking for the measurements in the picture below. Mainly just need the distance from center to center on the M5x.08 screws on the cover (A), the length and height (B & D), and the width of to the little edge of the corner (C).

Thanks for any help!!

If you email the company they will give you the accurate dimensions. Curious though - what kind of custom mount are you trying to make?

I have a 3D printed base that lets me connect a 12" flexible gooseneck. I've made a custom mounting plate for my cheap nicrew light, and an adapter for my AI Prime 16. Looking to do something similar with the XR15. Really cuts down on mounting expenses. I'm in about $10 per light.

A 5.000 inches
B 6.750 inches
C 1.750 inches
D 1.375 inches

these are approximate with my bad eyes and a tape measure.
C has a slight taper 1.625 to 7.750.

Chris,

Thanks for the measurement. Reached out to EcoTech and these measurements that you gave are pretty spot on...

Ended up making a little bracket that accepts an M8 threaded gooseneck (11")

Then I made a mount for the tank side that accepts the similar bracket. Total cost is about $7 for the gooseneck and about $4 in filament. All in all, this is a similar setup to the AI 16HD flex arm.
